It takes about 30-40 minutes to complete the first room. This includes a walk-through, consultation, equipment set-up, and the cleaning process. Additional rooms take about 15-20 minutes per room. If I use a rotary extractor, it will add an additional 10-20 minutes to each room.
After set-up, it takes 15-25 minutes to complete a mattress, depending on its size.
After set-up, a typical sofa will take 20-30 minutes. Smaller pieces such as love seats, recliners, and chairs naturally take less time.
I have a $100 service charge per visit. This covers your first room of carpet cleaning, walk-through, consultation, equipment set-up, pretreat, rinse, extraction, and teardown. Clean more and save. Additional rooms only $35 per room. Average room size 10'x12'
What is the cost for mattress or upholstery cleaning?
$100 service charge as stated above. For mattresses, this covers a Twin, or $35 towards cost of cleaning a Full, Queen, or King. For upholstery, $35 goes towards the cost of the first piece of furniture.
I offer a discount for paying with cash, my preferred payment. Checks are also acceptable. I do not accept credit cards.
That would be great! The end result is even better if my deep cleaning follows a thorough vacuuming. You save time and money by doing this important step yourself.
Please move any small pieces out of the way before I arrive. I am a one-man operation and not able to move furniture. The Ultra Clean 'Team' are lousy furniture movers (please refer to About Us Page, World-Class Equipment). All accessible carpet in the room will be deep cleaned.
Carpets dry from bottom to top. This normally takes between 3-5 hours, depending on temperature, humidity, thickness, type of carpet, etc. When it feels dry on top, it is. Time to move some furniture.
What is the drying time for mattresses and upholstery?
Typical drying time is about an hour.
