Pet-Friendly Carpet Cleaning (941) 359-8573
Triple Action Extraction is simply a term that I have been using for over 30 years to describe machines or attachments that perform all three aspects of carpet cleaning at once. Injection, Agitation and Extraction. In my opinion, the most effective way to clean a carpet is to be agitating it as you clean.
The Rotovac 360i, a Rotary Extraction Power Head that utilizes 3 rotary steam and vacuum heads to thoroughly deep clean residential carpet with hundreds of multi-directional carpet cleaning passes. Also, in theory you get a Superior job. When any triple-action extraction method is used, the machine is doing the majority of the work and does not rely on the technician pushing and pulling a wand back and forth several hundred times in each room. Doing so is very physically demanding and as physical strength dwindles, so does the quality of the work. Perfect for cleaning Berber carpeting.
There is nothing on Earth that can touch the HydraMaster RX-20 when it comes to Super Grungy Carpets like you often find in Sarasota and Bradenton restaurants. Weighing in at 70 pounds and with 5 independent steam cleaning heads rotating at 650 passes a minute... there simply is nothing that can compete!
The incredible scrubbing action of the RX-20 releases even the most deeply embedded soils while fluffing and restoring carpet fibers. Carpets are left cleaner, softer, and dry faster. Due to the sheer size and weight of this powerhouse of a carpet cleaner, I mainly use it for my commercial accounts.
Last in my Triple Action Extraction line of cleaners is the Kent Carpet Express Self-Contained Cleaner.
This incredibly compact, self-contain machine injects cleaner, or rinse water, deodorizer and protector, scrubs and fluffs the carpet then extracts the soil and excess moisture all at once. Due to the action of the agitation brush the carpets are cleaned from the bottom up rather than the top down. Resulting in a deeper cleaning and faster drying times.
Carpets are left clean, smelling fresh, and only slightly damp. This little Dynamo is what I use for small cleanups or high rises. Carpets dry in 3 to 5 hours, not DAYS.
